Le Moulin Jaune on a Pink Hanami weekend in its sublime Remarkable Garden

After its annual closure at the Moulin Jaune, the extraordinary garden of Clown Slava is back for spring 2024. It's an opportunity to celebrate life in Pink, and in particular Hanami, directly from the Moulin Jaune, on April 20 and 21, 2024.

To usher in spring, the Moulin Jaune team will be honoring the new season with a spray of cherry blossom petals. In terms of dress code, the Moulin Jaune is known for opening only a few weekends a year, each time on a specific theme: peace and love with the hippies, guinguette spirit, all-white picnics... With pink in the spotlight for the weekend of April 20 and 22, clown Slava invites you to enter his fantastic abode dressed in your finest kimonos or pink outfits, not forgetting the glasses that will make you see life in pink.

For picnics, which visitors often take in the remarkable garden, bento boxes, cotton bundles or bamboo baskets are welcome to keep with the theme. Otherwise, the on-site bar offers the usual Russian-inspired dishes, desserts and fare - from which the clown Slava hails - to delight you.

And if it rains, the garden remains open to visitors. Just remember to bring umbrellas. Transparent like in Japan, it's even better. Dogs (which leave the ducks alone) are welcome, provided they wear a scarf or other themed accessory.

After the Pink Spring, the Moulin Jaune invites us to live in the time of the Impressionists with a Thé dansant featuring straw hats, accordions and red clothes from May 8 to 12. So, more vie en rose or impressionist thé dansant?
