Plage de L'Isle-Adam: France's largest river beach open for the summer

This river beach, the largest in France, is open to us every day from June 28 to August 31, from 10am to 7pm (ticket office closes at 6pm). Enriched by a rich history dating back to the inter-war years, it offers visitors a veritable bathing complex comprising some fifty cabins, slides, diving boards, a restaurant and flower gardens.

L'Isle-Adam beach offers a wide range of activities. Activities include:

Please note that for swimming, only bathing suits are permitted. Long shorts such as Bermuda shorts and burkinis are forbidden. The resort places great emphasis on respect for the environment: eating and smoking are strictly forbidden around the pools and in the sand. Dogs and barbecues are also prohibited.

The beach at L'Isle-Adam, with its beach huts renovated in 2015 and two swimming pools, one of which is surrounded by fine sand, presents itself as an ideal destination for those looking to cool off, relax or have fun during the hot summer months. The nearby Paddle Brothers also offer an interesting leisure activity.
