La Peña du 17e, a Bayonne-style evening, May 24

On Friday May 24th, from 7.30pm, the 17th arrondissement town hall will be treating Parisians to an atmosphere worthy of the finest Bayonne festivals. Are you ready?

From the PeñaBaiona (the nickname of the Aviron Bayonnais, a Bayonne song not to be missed) to the paquito - the traditional "dance" where people sit on the ground in a caterpillar to lift people in turn by the strength of their arms - the 17th arrondissement town hall invites you to experience or relive the emotions of the greatest férias in the South of France for one evening, Friday May 24, 2024.

The dress code is obviously red and white, with a red beret, red scarf and espadrilles if you've got them! As for the program, the 17th arrondissement's town hall has planned everything to immerse guests in the traditional férias of the South of France: traditional songs and a playlist straight from the South-West, starting at 7.30pm.

On the program for this 17th Peña:

  • 7:30 pm: concert by los Marinos del Passo
  • 10:30 pm: DJ set by DJ Van Dodux

Entry is free and open to all, provided you register via the dedicated link. Without registration - and therefore, without invitation - you won't be able to take part in this Peña! On-site catering will be available throughout the evening. Have a great Peña!
