Les Traversées du Marais, the cultural itinerary showcasing the finest venues in Paris' Marais district, is back from September 5 to 7, 2025. This year, some twenty emblematic sites in the Paris district will be offering a wide range of free artistic events for all to enjoy!
The autumn marks the return of a great cultural and festive event to the capital! On the weekend of September 5 to 7, 2025, the Marais district will vibrate to the rhythm of the new and 11th edition of the Festival Les Traversées du Marais. This year, strollers are once again invited to (re)discover and enjoy the private mansions, gardens, museums and other atypical venues scattered throughout the teeming Marais district, through a varied artistic program packed withfree events.
Every year in September, the emblematic venues of this cultural and festive heart of the capital organize aspecial weekend. Museums, art foundations, libraries, monuments and other institutions open their doors to the public. The Traversées program includes exhibitions, concerts, performances, meetings and workshops for all.
It's a not-to-be-missed opportunity to get to know this historic district of Paris and its many cultural and tourist attractions. Stroll from museum to cultural center, discovering the curiosities of the Marais, its artists and its history.
For this 11th edition, the Traversées du Marais are back with a new, exciting program! It's a free way to make the most of Paris's fine weather.
