Thierry Marx has fallen for Ice Roll's minute rolled ice creams, and is welcoming the young brand to his restaurant Le Camélia at the Mandarin Oriental until August 14. An opportunity to finish on a fresh, sweet note after Sunday Brunch.

Ice Roll, a highly innovative young French start-up, opened its first ephemeral boutique in the Marais district of Paris, and has since developed various stands and boutiques throughout France and abroad. Chef Thierry Marx discovered the brand at the Street Food Market and fell in love with it.

That's why he decided to welcome Ice Roll to his restaurant Le Camélia. In the prestigious setting of the Mandarin Oriental, you'll be able to (re)discover these delicious ice creams, rolled before your very eyes, during Sunday Brunch (98€), from 12pm to 4pm. You have until August 14 to try it out.

Ice Roll has also opened an ephemeral boutique on rue de Turenne, in the Marais district.
Price: €3.50 for a small pot, €5 for a large one.
