Coffee and dessert by Fauchon: free tasting of coffee and pastries

Many of you have already discovered and fell for pastries by Fauchon. But did you know the capsules of the new coffee range F’Caps? The famous Parisian house is now aiming at the coffee culture. SIDAMO, BRAZIL, RISTRETTO, LUNGO, DECAFFEINATE… Pure origin or clever blend, each coffee taken on by the chef Sébastien Monceaux presents subtle hints promising wonderful tasting moments.

To give you a preview of these new famous capsules, Fauchon decided to create the event by organizing – from Tuesday March 27 to Saturday March 31, 2018 – a general public tasting.

To be discovered on the upper floor of the store nestled in Place de la Madeleine only and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., this tasting gives coffee and gourmet desserts pride of place.

Clients can also learn more about the savoir-faire of Fauchon selector as well as the pâtissier’s savoir-faire.

Chef François Daubinet will then offer all clients to taste, within the store, a F’Caps coffee served with a selection of delicacies: puff pastry, macaron and even chocolate palets.
