From September 10 to 13, 2026, the Place de la Concorde will host the 10th anniversary of the Place de la Concorde and the International Village of Gastronomy, the world’s leading gathering of culinary heritages.
More than 73 countries, chefs from five continents, embassies, authors, producers and artisans will gather there to celebrate gastronomy as a tool of diplomacy, a dialogue between cultures, and friendship among peoples.
Exceptional edition, an exceptional patron, Chef Alain DUCASSE
On its tenth anniversary, the International Village of Gastronomy reaffirms its mission more than ever: to showcase countries through their cuisines.
Every culinary tradition carries within it an inheritance handed down from generation to generation, a living heritage essential for knowing oneself better and understanding others more clearly.
As cultural exchanges increasingly drive mutual understanding between peoples, the Village reminds us that gastronomy can also be a powerful engine for peace, dialogue, and international cooperation.
Firmly anchored in the Paris calendar, the Village has established itself as an international stage where heritage and know-how come together around a single table. Each pavilion tells its own story—a distinct culture and a unique way of sharing.
To celebrate Cucina Italiana's inscription on UNESCO's intangible heritage list, the International Village of Gastronomy is spotlighting Italy, in homage to the excellence of its culinary traditions and to Franco-Italian friendship.
