To celebrate Spring, La Réserve Paris La Pagode de Cos executive chef Jérôme Banctel came up with a new menu.
The later promotes seasonal products to which the chef adds, as usual, his originality!
As a matter of fact, the chef thoroughly selects local products to which he adds some creative hints, that can be surprising, but it’s such a success!
So, you can – for example – discover, as a starter, the scampi ravioles and cilantro dressing (€48), the Caesar salad with Périgord crispy chicken, parmesan (€38) or the runner beans with crab, sesame sauce (€41).
Let’s continue with the mackerel from Britain with green apple aspic with yuzu Kosho, the lacked duck foie gras with caramelized daikon turnip, or simply enjoy the coquillette pasta with ham and truffle. How about ending with a plate by Cheese Master Eric Lefebvre, MOF.
To accompany this new menu, a nice list of wines with the major bottles of the restaurant, Cos D’Estournel, from the owner’s vineyard, and you must discover it! By the way, the new spring menu of La Pagode de Cos also offers wine and dish pairings you have to try.
A “Carte Blanche” menu in 4 courses for €95 is available and makes you discover the chef’s latest creations with as many seasonal products.
A starter costs about €22 and the main about €34.
And, the price for the à la carte dishes.
