For a chic lunch in the shade of the palm trees or a romantic dinner lulled by the murmur of the fountains, in fine weather the Blossom restaurant welcomes you to its verdant patio, the promise of a delicious interlude.
  • A secret garden

Between Place de la Concorde and Faubourg Saint-Honoré lies a veritable secret garden.
Anduze vases, palm trees, cascades of ivy, arums and white hydrangeas... in the midst of urban bustle, the place surprises with its tranquility and bucolic charm. Let yourself be lulled by the waters of the fountains and indulge in a moment of escape, for lunch in the shade or in the romantic atmosphere of dinner.

  • A taste for nature

Chef Anaïs Foray 's love of nature is stronger than ever. Local, responsible and seasonal products are given pride of place. This ethical cuisine has earned Le Blossom the Ecotable label.

Canette de Challans, poulet du Gâtinais, langoustines and cockles from Brittany... the origins of our meat and seafood products are carefully selected to ensure optimum quality and respect for the environment.

Fruits and vegetables are sourced from regional farms, and plants are transformed from accompaniment to inspiration for culinary creation. With over sixteen different vegetables, plus a myriad of herbs, fruits and flowers, the menu is a veritable hymn to the garden. With its countless flavors, scents and colors, it offers all the freshness and richness of a market gardener's stall.

A true Blossom icon, the Toute Verte salad offers a bowl of chlorophyll seasoned with a fruit and herb sauce that the chef keeps secret. A pure delight!

Available in small or large plates, starters can be transformed into main courses for a light, fresh lunch. As for the main courses, they combine finesse and generosity.

The Gâtinais farmhouse chicken with sweet mustard and tarragon, accompanied by a fricassee of new potatoes with rosemary, is an ideal sharing dish.

From red fruit soup with rose and jasmine flowers to Saint-Honoré, Blossom's signature dessert, desserts range from the lightest to the most gourmet, but always with exquisite delicacy.

The daily menus, renewed according to the market, allow you to discover the Blossom's cuisine at light prices, from €42 for a starter and main course or main course and dessert.

The drinks menu features a fine selection of organic wines alongside organic juice cocktails.

From spritzes and cocktails to digestifs and infusions, botanical and floral flavors are the common thread running through a collection of elixirs. So many reasons to bask in the sweetness of a Blossom appointment.
