Lobster fans, be ready to discover this April 2, Lobster Bar: the first lobster bar in Paris! Set within walking distance from the Place des VIctoires, this new gourmet table will undoubtedly attract lovers of this crustacean!

We can guess that many people will be waiting on April 2 in front of 41 rue de la Coquillière in Paris. And for good reason, this is the day when the first lobster bar in the capital is said to open.

Simply called Lobster Bar, this new gourmet address will likely delight Parisians and tourists looking for new culinary experiences.

This new concept, already working well in America will open for the first time in Paris on April 2 thanks to Mathieu Mercier who didn’t hesitate to test many tables in the USA and put his taste buds to the test in order to open his very own Lobster Bar!

Breton lobster (multi-award winner), shelled and cut in pieces, coated with a homemade sauce and served between two slices of toast bread will be given pride of place and the restaurant wants to say that “no living being is wildly cooked, lobsters, bubbles & potatoes are all made in France and gree responsible”.

As for the menu, Lobster Bar has decided to play the exception card since only two main courses are available: the lobster roll served with homemade and golden fries with extra virgin olive oil. And a bisque, a very French dish, a delicious soup served with a whole and sliced lobster tail.

To taste all of this, meet from April 2 at Lobster Bar, the first one in Paris and set in the 1st arrondissement.
