Eric Kayser opens a new bakery and tea room in the lively Bourse district.
Each place has its own personality. In this one, we made room for a bit of fantasy with the nice contrast between the purity to highlight the products and a mismatched furniture with leather armchairs, vintage tables ... which gives a little retro side quite nice!
As for the bakery, the breads are made daily on the spot in the bakery. This address has like the others of course its "signature" breads: Les pains du Palais (in reference to the Palais Brongniart opposite). These are breads by the slice, with wheat flour, liquid leaven, gaude and Guérande salt.
You can find 3 kinds:
On the pastry side, you can find the traditional brownies, cookies, brioches, pies... But on the Place de la Bourse, it is the financiers that are the star! You can find them plain, pistachio or chocolate.
As for the tea room, you can come and eat at any time of the day. No less than 40 seats to welcome you with a direct view on the Bourse. You have

In short, here is a new space to fill the small hungers of the traders, Parisians and other tourists of passage!
