On August 8, Mia Mao will host Konstantin Sibold for a night of carte blanche. The German artist rose to prominence in 2013 with “Madeleine” on Innervisions and has since established himself as a central figure in melodic house and techno. His catalog spans labels such as Afterlife, Cocoon, Kompakt, and Drumcode, and his remix of “Along Came Polly” rose to the top of Beatport’s Melodic House & Techno chart. A regular at Berghain, the Panorama Bar, and Fabric London, as well as on stages at Tomorrowland and Awakenings, he champion a contemporary sound that resists easy labels.
For this Parisian date, Konstantin Sibold takes charge of the night’s entire curatorship and invites two artists who expand his universe. Hardt Antoine, whose music draws on his French and Jamaican roots, blends house, techno, classical, soul and ‘80s pop. Renowned for his sets at DC10, Junction 2 and Panorama Bar, he’s named among DJ Mag’s 2025 Ones to Watch and runs the London label Reculture. EG completes the lineup. A former architect turned DJ and producer, she released her debut EP on Parisian label Pont Neuf Records before joining the Belgian collective Soulful Sessions. Her repertoire, shaped by jazz, disco and hip hop, spans soulful, Latin, garage, progressive and acid house.
Since January 2025, Mia Mao has set up shop in a former warehouse in La Villette, continuing its mission: to offer a raw, immersive space where the music comes first, paired with a strict no-photos policy and a one-of-a-kind sound system.
