If you already know Poulettes Batignolles, then you can smile since the delicious French-Catalan table sin Paris 17th arrondissement is about to give birth to… Poussin.
Due to January 2019, this new place adjoining the first is by Ludovic Dubois and Judith Cercós.
But what does this new place called Poussin has in store for us? For their new baby, the couple has come up with a nature wine bar.
To accompany these tasty vintages, Ludovic Dubois (trained with Michel Rostang, Jacques Cagna…) will offer bistronomic plates inspired by Spain. On the menu? Pata negra fritters, cuttlefish and limequat aioli as well as paletilla de Bellota…
And that’s not all since the Chef will also cook you a veal tartare with tarragon and sunchoke, braised beef cheek bao with radish, horseradish and shiso… In other words, only good things to whet the appetite.
Yet, you’ll have to be a little patient to discover this new table in Paris 17th arrondissement.
