Among our favorite patisseries, we have Yann Menguy’s in Paris 18th arrondissement called Goutte d’Or Pâtisserie. For this Christmas 2020, the chef did not want to make one signature yule log but 4 yule logs based on different flavors.
On the menu on our Christmas tables, we have:
Vanilla cake, almond crunch, honey crémeux, fleur de sel praline, orange blossom mousse. The chef's favorite flavors we love.
Bali chocolate yule log, raw brownie - as the chef says - cocoa bean chunks, chocolate crémeux with a dash of vanilla caramel.
Plain hazelnut mousse, hazelnut dacquoise with chopped hazelnuts, sour citrus marmalade like smooth fruit jelly, lemon-yuzu crémeux, hazelnut glazing and candied yuzu zests.
Vanilla cake, jasmine black tea-infused mousse, plain mango core, whipped cream coating with coconut shavings.
Of course, you can also discover individual desserts, viennoiseries and Christmas chocolates.
