7 new cakes and 4 new viennoiseries, so are the novelties created by chef Hugues Pouget for this Fall 2019 at Hugo & Victor!

It’s almost Fall! And to make life sweeter, chef Hugues Pouget unveils the exclusive and new cake collection of Maison Hugo & Victor.

Tasty, healthy or exotic, there’s something to everyone and for any time of the day! We tell you everything about these sweet treats likely to delight children and adults.

The Gourmande range including the Chocolate-Ginger cake (fresh and grated ginger and candied ginger) and the Candied Fruit Cake (candied oranges, lemons, morello cherries and angelicas; flaked almonds).

The Bien Être range including the Vegan cake (recipe thought up with Mathieu Ricard, excluding raw material of animal origin, based on coconut milk, soy yoghurt and hazelnut praline) and the Gluten-free cake (based on rice flour, almonds and hazelnuts).

The Signature range including the Greysha cake (with Earl Grey black tea leaves and bergamot citrus leaves), the Jorge Amado cake (dark chocolate and bourbon vanilla marble cake, caramelized pecans) and the Lemon Cake (with lemon zests and candied lemon).

The chef also thought about your breakfasts with four new viennoiseries: the Chausson aux pommes with caramelized apple, the Escargot fugue-raisin with dry figs and raisins, the hazelnut, pecan, caramel and chocolate chip Cookie and the big brioche to share (family size).
