First, we have the signature yule log called “Violon” [Violin]. Christophe Michalak pays tribute to French-American artist Arman known for cutting up violins, and sticking them back together or resoldering them with different and noble materials. This lovely signature yule log is made of runny pecan praline and creamy and strong dark chocolate mousse.

Then, Christophe Michalak unveils three pop yule logs:

Oriental pistachio yule log that is made of Joconde cake soaked in Oriental rose water, orange blossom and bitter almond punch, some pistachio praline, pistachio praline confit, light Oriental whipped cream and pistachio praline mousse.

Mango yulelog made of Joconde cake, exotic mango, passion fruit and guava cream, crispy coconut, exotic confit and mango mousse.

Milky chocolate-caramel yule log made of chocolate cake and two mousses, the first is a caramel mousse, the other one a milk chocolate mousse, some crunchy hazelnut mix and soft Dulce de Leche caramel.

Of course, it’s not all since the chef also came up with delicious chocolates: two Santa Clauses filled with small treats (€45 for 300g, €12.50 for 70g – empty); a milk chocolate desert rose tree (€30) and a mendiant chocolate tree (€35).
