Since December 10, 2017, Isana has been treating you to a gourmet and varied brunch every Sunday that takes you on a journey, for just €26.
On the menu: a homemade juice to choose from, a hot drink and a buffet of sweet and savory dishes.
On the juice side, you can indulge in an antioxidant mango-based recipe or if you really want a typical Mexican drink, aqua de Jamaica made with hibiscus flower and spices.
For hot drinks, you'll find the classics such as hot chocolate, tea and coffee, as well as more exotic offerings like spicy Argentinian mate or milk del Valle, a blend of oat milk and lemon zest.
At the buffet, you'll find plenty of delicious things.
There are 2 sandwiches: guacamole, cucumber, sheep's milk cheese and Mexican hummus, toasted almonds and corn totopos.
Salads, soup of the day, a perfect egg and also pandebonos, Colombian rolls filled with cheese.
If you're still hungry, for an extra €5, you can enjoy ceviche, prepared right before your eyes.
To finish on a sweet note, you can choose from a wide range of cakes, homemade muffins with chia seeds, maca or sweet potato, madeleines with maté, granola...
Don't miss the lulo tart, an exotic fruit popular in Colombia, or the spicy rice pudding.
