This is it! It’s time to start the year again for the 1 Place Vendôme, Hôtel de Vendôme restaurant. On the occasion, after the summer closure, it offers a brand-new catering offer. As a matter of fact, starting September 4, 2018 the restaurant will be open all day long from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. to be precise.
Chef Josselin Marie came up with a menu the hotel guests as well as normal guests can come and discover All Day Long. the latter always supplied at small producers offering small quantities. He thoroughly chose produces and is very attached to the fact he can offer an “eco-friendly” food.
Produces are still seasonal of course and the carbon footprint of each dish is thoroughly assessed.
This is how you can find on the menu crab from Brittany, grilled avocado and grapefruit confit; salmon, fregola sarda with parmesan and lime, poultry from Olivier Dandieux, grenaille potatoes and mushroom and to wrap it up on a sweet note, the fig, port wine compote, hazelnut crumble and almond ice cream. just to name a few examples.
