All summer 2019, Italy comes to Hotel Castille with gourmet and friendly aperitivo created by chefs Pablo Sabariego and Ugo Alciati.

It’s time for the Dolce Vita at Hotel Castille with the launch of the aperitivo season! Nestled rue Cambon, in the Hotel Castille courtyard, the indoor patio of gourmet restaurant L’Assagio invites gourmets to share a convivial and tasty moment all together.

On the hidden terrace of this 5-star hotel, we discover a plant bubble, chic furniture, pastel colors, a relaxing fountain and a splendid Azulejos ceramic fresco about the discovery of the New World. All we need to be in the vacay mood, what a change of scenery!

At Hotel Castille, for the aperitivo, one enjoys fresh and healthy products, concocted by chefs Pablo Sbariego and Ulgo Alciati, Michelin-starred chef. But what to we actually eat?

On the menu, we have tasty antipasti, a selection of cold cuts and Italian cheeses, homemade tomato and basil focaccia, crunchy organic vegetable jardinière marinated in white balsamic vinegar, small bell peppers stuffed with ricotta…

As for drinks, we order the classic Spritz or Italian wines to have a drink with friends!
