Comic Con Paris 2018 at La Villette: program

From October 26 to 28, 2018, the Grande Halle de La Villette houses the fourth edition of Comic Con, the festival of imaginary cultures and an irresistible event for comics, series and sci-fi enthusiasts. Let’s go!

In only 4 years, Comic Con Paris has become a reference in Europe: the pop culture festival is back at the Grande Halle de la Villette on October 26, 27, 28, 2018 for thousands of meetings between fans and pop and geek culture professionals.

In keeping with American events, Comic Con Paris is the perfect occasion for fans to meet creators, artists and actors whilst discovering novelties and exclusive contents.

If Comic Con is the place to be to meet movie, TV and YouTube stars, you will also find goodies, information and exclusive news on exhibitors’ various stands. What we love is the atmosphere: never-ending discussions with fans and questions to professionals, meetings with associations without forgetting the cosplay contest, an event waited by fans that are not scared to put their designing superpowers to the test in the French Championship of Cosplay!

So far, some artists have announced they will come to Comic Con Paris:

  • Lee Garbett, English artist, quickly works on varied Batman series at DC before joining Marvel Comics (Deadpool / Spider-Man, Identity Wars, Ghost Rider…). He currently draws the Skyward series at Image, written by Joe Henderson.

  • Andy Kubert, American artist who made his debuts at DC Comics with Adam Strange and the “Batman vs. Predator” cross-over written by Dave Gibbons (“Watchmen”, “Judge Dredd”). His career dramatically explodes in 1992 when he replaces Jim Lee on X-Men with Fabian Nicieza and works on many cult series then: “Age of Apocalypse”, “1602”, “Wolverine: Origin”.

To avoid wasting your times queuing for 2 hours once you arrive at La Villette, think about reserving your Comic Con tickets now!

Featuring dozens of hours of events – meetings, debates, signing sessions, shows – Comic Con Paris has everything to keep us busy for a week. We already have our €54 3-day pass, so hurry up it sells like hot cakes!
