We saw them grow up, change their hairstyles for the best and the worst… And we are preparing ourselves to say goodbye to them. Netflix’s major series, Stranger Things, is coming to an end. The first half of the fourth and last season is already out on the streaming platform. Some of you may have already binge-watched the episodes, impatiently waiting for the rest, planned for July 1st.
In the meantime, Netflix gives it their all to delight fans and make them enjoy immersive experiences inspired by the series. After the game held at the cirque d’hiver Bouglione, a new Stranger Things venue comes to Paris. Starting June 24, a temporary and immersive pop-up store opens at 44 avenue des Champs-Elysées.

This store is to stay open all summer long. Admission is free of charge, but spots are limited inside to avoid queuing, and therefore, Netflix encourages fans to book their time slot. But you can still visit without booking ahead; but we recommend you come during off-peak period to enjoy the pop-up store without queuing too long.
This 440sqm place is to allow you to explore the Starcourt mall and the Palace Arcade, two locations often shown on screen, according to Le Parisien daily. “This Stranger Things store will take visitors to Hawkins (the imaginary city where the story takes place), take them into an immersive experience shining a light on the 1980’s”, Netflix representative Greg Lombardo told the daily.
In these recreated sets in Paris, one shall enjoy video game arcade cabinets, as well as lots of exclusive merchandise, or already available on Netflix official website. Figurines, customizable clothes, mugs, treats shown in the series, accessories, jewels, games, posters… Each Stranger Things fan will find something making them happy. “The goal is to go back home with a piece of their favorite series”, Lombardo added.
From T-shirts to caps to water bottles, mugs, plushies, toys and collector's figurines, vinyles, backpacks, decoration items... This store is a genuine Ali Baba's cave for fans! But more than that, it can also be a very playful location taking us straight to the series' universe. Perhaps a bit too much... Visitors beware: lights can flicker. The ambiance changes, one feels like a threat is lurking, and sounds can be heard... Choose your song wisely to resist Vecna!
To complete this shopping experience and keep a memory of your visit in this temporary store, photo areas are also on the menu. You can take photographs in Joyce’s house or in many other iconic locations from the series.
