Yule log 2018 by Pierre Gagnaire and Richard Orlinski for Fouquet’s Paris

This year, Fouquet’s Paris legendary brasserie calls on talented chef Pierre Gagnaire and artist Richard Orlinski to create its yule log.

Small and big gourmet people won’t resist this year’s gourmet creation of Fouquet’s Paris.

To satisfy your eyes and your taste buds, the famous Parisian brasserie worked, for the second time, with Michelin chef Pierre Gagnaire and artist Richard Orlinski. Together, they came up with a yule log 2018 delicious and resolutely contemporary at the same time.

Under this chocolate panda displaying a design and angular look hides a gourmet entremets that will satisfy every taste bud.

Inside, a delicious butter and corn shortbread, a crispy hazelnut and orange zests cake, crunchy caramelized hazelnuts and an orange marmalade come to enhance the very smooth flavors of a praline cream and a light vanilla mousse

For the record, since 2015, Hotel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris has been partnering with world-famous chef Pierre Gagnaire, renown to revisit and twist the menu of the famous brasserie. Available in Cannes, La Baule, Courchevel, Toulouse, Marrakech and Enghien-les-Bains, the menu brillantly reinterprets the greatest classics of the French bistronomy.

This original yule log can be found in limited edition upon order only until December 16, 2018 and sold for €95.
