Easter chocolates 2019 in Paris by La Maison du Chocolat

This year, for Easter, La Maison du Chocolat chocolate chef Nicolas Cloiseau invites us to exotic lands with a collection of masked chocolate eggs to enjoy from March 28, 2019!

This year, for Easter 2019, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier and La Maison du Chocolat chocolate-maker Nicolas Cloiseau came up with a collection of chocolate eggs dressed with colorful masks.

All in all, 3 masked Easter eggs that Nicolas Cloiseau unveils to the most gourmet and mischievous choco-addicts comeing from the land of the cocoa:

  • Le Brésil Masqué [Masked Brazil], made of chocolate, yellow fruits, almond and hazelnut praline and caramelized cookies.

  • Le Ghana Masqué [Masked Ghana], made of spicy dark chocolate with toasted touches, praline with caramelized pecan chunks.

  • Le Java Masqué [Masked Java], half dark chocolate, half milk chocolate with praline and caramelized cashew nut chunks.

And for the chocolate masterpiece, Nicolas Cloiseau cooked us a forest of masked eggs on a stick, absolutely wonderful and only available in 10 samples across the world.
