Galette des rois almond and hazelnut from Drugstore 2022

Conceived by Pastry Chef Anthony Coquereau, Le Drugstore 's 2022 galette des rois is a rather classic version, made in the purest French tradition: with frangipane, of course, but with the added bonus of hazelnuts.

As for the recipe, the crispy puff pastry is just perfectly executed, revealing a gourmet, melt-in-the-mouth frangipane with almond and hazelnut. A true French tradition that you can only admire with your eyes.

This 2022 galette des rois, on sale at the Épicerie du Publicis Drugstore, can be reserved by click & collect on the Drugstore website or by telephone on 07 70 27 69 69. The galette des Rois 2022 costs €37 for 6/7 gourmands.
