The Galette des Rois at the Scribe Paris Opéra

January rhymes with galette des rois , of course . Among this year's new discoveries is the Scribe Hôtel Paris Opéra's first galette des rois. To celebrate Epiphany and the start of the new year in style, the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra has created its very own signature galette!

This original creation was imagined by sous-chef pâtissier Antoine Bouchard and promises to delight young and old alike. Made withalmonds and honey from the hotel's beehives, this galette is a true delight. With its inverted puff pastry, creamyfrangipane with homemade almond milk and crushed Berber almonds, it's sure to delight even the greediest among us. And for even more gourmet pleasure, Antoine Bouchard has added a thin layer of caramel and a crunchy almond-honey florentine in the center of the galette.

This is a first for the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra, which has decided to crown its most gourmand guests with a galette des rois that is both traditional and singular. So, who will be the next King or Queen of the Scribe? Don't forget to order this marvel of patisserie, available from January 1 to 8, 2023. The galette costs €39 for 6 to 8 people.
