How about visiting the Czech Republic without leaving Paris? For the 37th European Heritage Days, the Czech Republic Embassy opens on Saturday September 19 and Sunday 20, 2020 to all so that you can visit the building. Meet in Paris 7th arrondissement for a visit with friends or family and take part in comics drawing workshops for children.
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, discover this monument set a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower and built in 1912 based on blueprints by architect Pierre Humbert. The ground floor includes three lounges and a garden you can visit freely. A lovely family outing open to children from 4 years old. Because of the health crisis, the tour is limited to 50 people with departures every 30 minutes. Book a time slot by emailing protocole.paris@mzv.cz.
On Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon, and on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., children from 6 to 16 can take part in a comics drawing workshop avec Czech cartoonist and writer Petr Kopl. To maintain health safety standards, workshops are limited to 30 children per session and registration is mandatory.
