Holi Party: the festival of colors comes to Paris Parc de la Villette

To celebrate its 35th anniversary, Paris Parc de la Villette will welcome, on Saturday March 24, 2018, the festival of colors, in partnership with the Indian Embassy. You’re expected from 3 p.m. at the Prairie du Triangle for a Holi Party worthy of this name.

Many of you have been disappointed learning the second edition of the festival of colors “Holi”, initially planned on March 17, 2018, at the Jardin d’Acclimatation, has been unfortunately cancelled.

Wipe your tears away right now since a Holi Party will take place in Paris this spring.

Meet on Saturday March 24, 2018 in Paris 19th arrondissement to experience this event.

To celebrate its 35th anniversaryLa Villette prepares you a whole bunch of animations for an entire weekend. Festivals, performances, exhibitions, guided tours and even workshops… There is something for everyone!

And that’s not all since La Villette will also host a Holi Party.

The event, in partnership with the Indian Embassy, is not to be missed on March 24, from 3 p.m., at the Prairie du Triangle.

Accessible to all, this famous Indian festival of colors will be the occasion to celebrate the end of the winter and the first sunny days.

Careful though, make sure you’re ready to pelt colored powders at the sound of Desi Crew Bhangra, and learn Punjab traditional fused dance!
