Have you planned to move a lot for the New Year’s Eve night? If so, it's going to be difficult!
For several years, now, Île de France Mobilités, the authority managing sustainable mobility in Île de France, has been offering its "Free transports for the New Year's Night" operation. Last year, night owl enjoyed the lines 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 and 14 to get around Paris all night long. And the RER A, B, C and D were also running.
This year, because of the unlimited strike going on since December 5 in public transports, the night from December 31, 2019 to January 1, 2020 is about t be hard for people wishing to party and get around in Paris all night long.
So far, only the lines 1 and 14 will be running until 1:45 a.m. (last departures from the terminus). As for tramways, yet the T2, T3a and T3b will be running all night long with a train every 15 minutes. Last but not least, the bus network will
be reinforced with twice as many Noctilien buses all night long.
