White Night – Nuit Blanche 2018: free late-night opening at Parc Zoologique de Paris

This Saturday October 6, 2018, for the White Night 2018, the Parc Zoologique de Paris remains open late in the night. From 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., you can access the zoo for free in order to rediscover the famous Charles Letrosne rock as well as works by Laurent Le Deunff and Philippe Quesne.

For the first time, the Parc Zoologique de Paris takes part in the White Night 2018 upon invitation of Gaël Charbau, the event art director. This Saturday October 6, 2018, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., Laurent le Deunff and Philippe Quesne offer the public a unique tour experience within Paris zoo.

While respecting the animals, stage designer Philippe Quesne came up with an immersive tour paced by a soundtrack mixing funny voices and tunes: it takes us to a daydream in Jules Verne’s universe.

Like adventurers in a night tour, the public is invited to look for the works hidden in the décor by artist Laurent Le Deunff, within the 5 biozones of the Vincennes Zoo.

Rekindling the memory of iconic animals on TV, Laurent Le Deunff extends the frictions between real life and imaginary life and lets us be undying children.

A night to visit the zoo 14.5 acres in a tour created like a long walk around the 1000 animals in their “reconstituted” natural environment, it’s a yes for us!
