February 12 to 16, 2019 for Valentine’s Day, Le Boudoir pastry chef Pablo Gicquel offers to all lovers to come and enjoy on the spot or to take away a limited-edition Valentine’s Day pastry.
He came up with a polished entremets for two, shaped like a heart with a glaze sprinkled with sugared-almond chunks and alyssum petals. The almond cake with litchi and raspberry heart is hidden in a soft mousse contrasting with the cheesecake-inspired crisp.
A delicious entremets that will likely keep the fire burning between the most passionate lovers.
