On Museums Night 2017, the French Playing Card Museums located in Issy-les-Moulineaux invites children and adults to discover card games and European board games!

Not less than 3,000 French museums took part in European Museums Night 2016, and over 2 million visitors answered the call. This year, thousands of activities are organized within the participating museums (concerts, guided tours, screenings, performances...).

For museum regulars and unique museum enthusiasts, Museums Night also offers the perfect opportunity to visit unusual places like the French Playing Card Museum!

Here is the evening program:

  • "Europa" Museums Night!
    On Saturday May 20, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Throughout this night, you can discover European card games. Their endless diversity and richness turn them into genuine supports well needed to share a true encounter with our neighbors! Ogorek, Scopa, Tri pet ocem, Doko, Truc, Ronda, Mustamaya, these weird but European names will soon have nothing left to hide from you!

It will be a musical evening too. The pop baroque duet Eleanor (piano and voice: Luc Spencer, violin: Boris Lamérand) will offer you all a bucolic journey through the paths of this unknown music genre mixing up pop-rock and European classical music.

The whole will be enlivened with a cocktail!
