In Versailles Bastille Day has become an unmissable event. The evening usually starts at 9 p.m. at the marketplace with the firemen's dance, before letting off the firework on the parade ground. However, this year, because of the coronavirus epidemic, the ball is for be attended on Facebook Live! The firework is cancelled once again this year.
However since 2017, the city hall after deciding to call off the celebration explains that following dramatic events arose during gatherings, the firework facing the Palace has been cancelled this year.

And for those who really want to attend a firework show, Groupe F has been invited by the Palace of Versailles for a magical show, Marie-Antoinette, performed on Thursday July 4, Friday 5, Thursday 11 and Friday 12, 2019 in the Jardins de l'Orangerie. A feast for the eyes!
