The Fête Nationale 2023 promises to be a lively affair in Plaisir! Like every year, the Yvelines (78) town celebrates the storming of the Bastille and the unity of the French nation with a huge popular evening on July 13, 2023! And of course, admission is free .
For hundreds of years, every town in France has celebrated its national holiday on July 14. Traditionally, fireworks and a popular ball are organized on the 13th, the 14th, or both! It's an opportunity for Plaisir's 31,000 inhabitants to have fun with family and friends, and enjoy the big show.
As the town is known for its green spaces, you'll no doubt be able to watch the fireworks from a small corner of paradise.
July 14th is celebrated in virtually every town in the Ile-de-France region, and numerous festivities are planned throughout the region. Every year, the Paris fire works display is televised and celebrated all over France.
On the evening of July 13, 2023, in the Parc du Château (282 rue de la Bretechelle), come and dance to the traditional grand ball (from 8pm) and enjoy a magnificent fireworks display. And to help you make the most of the evening, 3 food-trucks will be on hand in the parking lot next to the party ring from 8pm.
