From October 2 to 4, 2026, SAGASDOM marks its 10th edition at Pavillon Gravelle in Paris. Close to 100 exhibitors, more than 50 chefs and around twenty territories will gather for tastings, street food, culinary contests and activities, with Haiti as the guest of honor and a dedicated space for Côte d’Ivoire.
