From October 2 to 4, 2026, SAGASDOM marks its 10-year milestone at Pavillon Gravelle in Paris, offering overseas cuisines, tastings, renowned chefs, contests, and showcases.

Craving to explore overseas cuisines—from the Caribbean to Africa and beyond—without leaving Paris? From October 2 to 4, 2026, SAGASDOM, the Salon of Overseas Gastronomy and World Cuisines, returns for its 10th edition at Pavillon Gravelle, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.

For three days, the event brings together producers, artisans, chefs, restaurateurs, entrepreneurs and artists around tastings, culinary demonstrations, competitions, activities and encounters. This anniversary edition places the transmission of culinary heritage at the very heart of its program.

Tastings, street food and nearly 100 exhibitors at Pavillon Gravelle

For its tenth anniversary, SAGASDOM unveils nearly 100 exhibitors, around twenty represented territories, and more than 50 chefs, notable figures and guests. The Exhibitors Village will be hosted both indoors and outdoors at the Pavillon Gravelle, in the Bois de Vincennes.

Agricultural products, spices, beverages, sweets, traditional recipes or their reinterpretations, artisanal creations and other productions should give visitors the chance to meet directly the people who work with these heritages.

A street-food zone will round out the program, with outdoor stalls and food trucks. Among the experiences promised over the three days:

  • tastings and live cooking demonstrations;
  • the Best Bokit in France competition;
  • the Babette Trophy, celebrating technique, creativity and transmission;
  • meetings with producers, artisans and entrepreneurs;
  • workshops for children and families;
  • evening events with live music and showcases.

Haiti in the spotlight, with a pavilion dedicated to Ivory Coast

Haiti is the guest country of honor at this 10th edition. Its cuisine, products, artists, entrepreneurs and heritage will be spotlighted throughout the fair. The opening night on Friday, October 2, will be devoted to Haitian culture, headlined by singer Thierry Cham, the father of Ebony from Star Academy!

Ivory Coast will also host its own space, Sublime Côte d’Ivoire, highlighting its culinary, artisanal, agricultural and tourism facets. Demos and one-on-one encounters are planned with chefs Olivier Gnamien, Jessica Berment, Nina Loukou, known as Dr Cook, Koffi Martinien and Viviane Kouamé.

Culinary contests, a beauty area, and musical evenings

Espace Chef will host demonstrations and exchanges focused on ultramarine and international cuisines. The event will feature the Association of Master Restaurateurs, Le Cordon Bleu, the Gastronomic Circle of Creole Chefs, and the Tattooed Chefs collective.

This edition also features SAGASDOM Beauty, a hub dedicated to cosmetics, fragrances, skincare and rituals inspired by plants, natural resources, and the traditions of the regions.

On the evening slate, two late-night sets are planned. Saturday, October 3, Leee John, a member of Imagination, is billed for a showcase. Sunday, October 4, Misié Sadik will meet the crowd and take the stage; the artist also serves on the jury announced for the Best Bokit in France contest.

Ten years of sharing overseas cuisines

Built around celebrating overseas culinary heritage, SAGASDOM makes “transmission” the guiding thread of its anniversary edition: passing down recipes and techniques across generations, exchanges between producers and consumers, and connecting territories with other culinary cultures. The fair continues to grow under the general leadership of Marina Marville, in partnership with the AGCOM association, honoring the vision of its founder and honorary president, chef Babette de Rozières.

SAGASDOM 2026 will take place from Friday, October 2, to Sunday, October 4, at the Pavillon Gravelle in Paris’s 12th arrondissement. The opening ceremony is scheduled for Friday, October 2 at 11:00 a.m. The full program, ticketing, and access details can be found on SAGASDOM’s official website.
