La Félicité Paris Sully-Morland is the name of a new urban site in the 4th district that's sure to get people talking. Paris's former administrative site is giving way to an innovative neighborhood building called Morland Mixité Capitale. Winner of the Réinventer Paris project, this 40,000 m2 site boasts a swimming pool, a top-notch Morland Mixité Capitale youth hostel, the SO/Paris hotel, offices and a 360° rooftop overlooking the whole of Paris.
