La Félicité is the new spot you'll be hearing about this summer. The Morland Mixité Capitale project is changing its name to La Félicité. Considered to be a true "immeuble-quartier", this new site in the 4th arrondissement has a lot to offer. Taking the place of the former administrative building on boulevard Morland, the address features shops, housing, offices, youth hostels, a chic hotel and a green roof.
As its first name suggests, this project, which was conceived 6 years ago, is a mixed-use development. Originally named Morland Mixité Capitale, the project is one of the winning entries in the City's"Réinventer Paris" program. These projects allow the transfer of land or buildings to candidates in return for an innovative project designed to enhance urban architecture.
Conceived and designed by David Chipperfield Architects and CALQ Architecture, the program includes 11 uses open to Parisians and visitors to the capital. You'll be able to work, live, sleep, eat, relax, swim and garden...

That's the name of this new flagship hotel. On the program: 120 rooms, a bar-restaurant perched high up with a beautiful panorama of the capital, a Codage spa and the famous indoor swimming pool. The 16th-floor restaurant, with its breathtaking views, is open to all, whether you're a customer or not. Please note that SO/ Paris is scheduled to open on July 20.
A new spot with a terrace high above the ground is coming to Paris this summer. Introducing Bonnie, Paris Society's signature restaurant-bar and club on the 15th and 16th floors of SO/ Paris, the trendy hotel on the banks of the Seine in the Marais district.
Sport awaits you on the lower floor. These spots are open to guests of the So/ Paris hotel (opening July 20) and to season ticket holders. The pool will also be open to local schools.

The new 4-column glazed extension building not only houses a 459-bed hostel, but also a bar-restaurant called Titi Palacio, open to all, hostel guests or not, for a meal or a drink. It's a festive and affordable new spot. Rates start at €29 for a bed and €89 for a private room. Families can take a 4-person room from 120€ right in the heart of Paris.

Social, mixed-use and free housing are revealed in the two adjoining wings of the central building (90 social housing units, 84 intermediate housing units and 35 free housing units), all built to the latest thermal insulation standards.

The 4,000 square metre roof features urban agriculture and an ingenious phytodepuration system that recovers grey water from the youth hostel, filters it and reuses it to feed the various crops.
