La Ferme Saint-Amour is leaving the snowy peaks to take to the heights of Paris. From December 5, 2025, to March 8, 2026, the iconic brand of the Annie Famose Group is setting up shop on the rooftop of the Hôtel Sax Paris in the 7th arrondissement. A temporary chalet perched above the capital promises to light up Parisian nights with high-altitude cuisine by Éric Frechon.
This temporary mountain chalet is coming to Paris for the winter. La Ferme Saint-Amour, already present in the most beautiful French and Swiss resorts such as Courchevel, Gstaad, and Crans-Montana, is coming to the capital with its well-known motto: EAT, LOVE & PARTY. The idea? To recreate the festive atmosphere and mountain lifestyle in the heart of Paris, with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower.
The rooftop of Sax Paris, perched on the 8th floor of this elegant LXR Hotels & Resorts hotel, is transformed into a veritable mountain resort. Designed for around 40 guests, the chalet is organized around two large wooden tables, surrounded by panoramic bay windows. Illuminated fir trees, golden lights, sheepskins, and the scent of warm wood recreate the unique atmosphere of winter evenings at high altitude, while the Eiffel Tower sparkles in the background.
On the culinary side, Chef Éric Frechon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has created a unique three-course menu. The chef has been working with the Annie Famose Group since the opening of the first restaurant in Megève and has shaped the gastronomic identity of La Ferme Saint-Amour: contemporary, free-spirited, and joyful winter cuisine that showcases authentic products without ever compromising on generosity.
The experience begins with an appetizer accompanied by a glass of champagne, before discovering the Chef's signature starters. These include the now-essential grilled leek and a onion soup au gratin with farmhouse Reblochon cheese, revisited with Éric Frechon's unique style. This is followed by the great classics of La Ferme Saint-Amour: Mont d'Or cheese in a spruce crust or alpine fondue made with raw milk, to be shared in the purest mountain tradition. A menu of signature cocktails and a selection of Savoyard wines and grands crus complete this high-altitude experience.
To enjoy this temporary chalet, expect to pay €150 per person for the set menu. The venue is open every day from 7 p.m. to midnight, with two sittings, and reservations can only be made via the La Ferme Saint-Amour website. A valet parking service is available to make it easier for you to get to Avenue de Saxe, not far from Les Invalides.
