The Champions Burger 2026, 15 food trucks offering XXL gourmet burgers in Val d'Europe

For a second time, after winning over the Palais des Espagnols and breaking attendance records in France last year, the event The Champions Burger returns to Val d'Europe, from July 9 to August 2, 2026, every day from noon to midnight. It is a XXL gourmet burger festival featuring no fewer than 15 food trucks that invite you to sample their creations, which are at least surprising or even downright... indecent!

On the menu: unique burgers, unexpected ingredients, and bold pairings that will win (or lose) the public’s favor. Because the crowd is fully part of the event, invited to vote for their favorite burger sampled on site. The three recipes with the most votes—based on criteria like bun, patty, ingredients, presentation, and originality—will be crowned the winners of the 2026 French edition of The Champions Burger.

Then, after the European tour, a final will bring together the most voted-for burgers from each city, and one burger will be crowned Best Burger in Europe 2026. So, who will dethrone La Bichota Pro Max, the creation of the Spanish restaurant El Tarantín Chiflado and the big winner of the 2025 edition?

Among the amazing ingredients to be devoured at the event are buns covered in edible gold and buns in shades of blue or pink, mild Iberian ham, aged red cheddar, marrow or guanciale jam, beef and pistachio caramel, pork crisps, Japanese wagyu meat, Asian peanuts and truffle cheese cream...
