Bonnie: the perched bar-restaurant and club in the SO/Paris hotel

A new spot with a perched terrace opened in Paris on September 6, 2022. Here is Bonnie, the restaurant-bar and club signed Paris Society which takes its quarters on the 15th and 16th floors of SO/Paris, the trendy hotel on the quays of the Seine in the Marais district.

When you've had the pleasure of exploring the most beautiful city in the world, it's hard to resist the urge to get up high and take in the spectacular views that make you feel like you're in a movie. By day or by night, Paris knows how to sweep us off our feet with its beautiful monuments and insane charm. So it goes without saying that addresses offering a beautiful panoramic view of the capital are popular with Parisians, both old and new.

And here's a new high spot entering the dance in Paris this autumn 2022. It's on the banks of the Seine, near Sully-Morland. It's here that we discover the capital's first SO/ hotel. On the 15th and 16th floors of this vertiginous hotel, we discover a new gourmet venue by Paris Society. Part restaurant, part bar, part club, Bonnie plunges us into a warm, 60s and 70s-inspired ambience. We're promised a festive setting, with gourmet cuisine, Champagne and legendary cocktails from the 60s and 70s, to be enjoyed on a terrace offering a 360° view of Paris and its finest monuments, including the iconic Eiffel Tower.

Here, the product is at the heart of the plate. The restaurant, a chic brasserie with a New York twist, places great emphasis on seafood and carefully selected meats.

The club, located on the 16th floor, takes us back to the golden age, under the guidance of artistic director Emmanuel d'Orazio (Le Septième Ciel, Club Sandwich, Hot Spot, etc.). From large, cosy leather sofas overlooking Paris to explosive cocktails, we'll love spending our evenings here until the end of the night.

The restaurant is open daily from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to midnight. The Bonnie bar is open every day from 11am to midnight, and the club from 10.30pm to 2am from Wednesday to Saturday, to the rhythm of electro-disco music from the 60s and 70s.
