Maxim's, the iconic Parisian restaurant, opens the doors to La Parenthèse Belle Époque, a pop-up bar open until March 2026, where art and champagne come together in retro-chic elegance. On the first floor, surrounded by Art Nouveau décor combining luminous stained glass windows and arches adorned with anemones, the restaurant, in collaboration with a famous Champagne House, offers a signature dish to be savored with iconic vintages, enhanced on certain evenings by the notes of live piano music.
