This December 10, Jean Castex addressed the coronavirus epidemic evolution in France and announced the next step of the progressive lockdown exit strategy. Even though curfew will be exceptionally lifted on December 24 in the evening for Christmas Eve, there will be no exemption for New Year's Eve. The French will have to comply with curfew on December 31 from 8 p.m.
