Christmas logs 2015 by La Maison Sève

This year, Maison Sève has created two refined and colorful Yule logs!

First, the Bûche Noël à la montagne. Made with vanilla ganache, chocolate crunch and mousse, cherries... this gourmet creation brings back memories of yesteryear and the spirit of Christmas.

Log composition: Subtle Madagascar vanilla ganache, Dominican Republic milk chocolate crunch, Peruvian dark chocolate mousse, cherry compote (alcohol-free), cocoa Viennese cookie.

For the others, opt for the Butterfly log combining the sweetness of mango and Madagascar milk chocolate.
