Here,Nicolas Amelin, the hotel's head chef, has created a menu of appetizers for a unique pairing, where exceptional seafood products—Baïkacaviar, smoked salmon, tarama, king crab, and crab—are paired with the effervescence of the champagne house's cuvées.
