Chef-pâtissier Pierre Hermé opens a pop-up entirely dedicated to his ice creams and sorbets at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, running July 2 through September 2, 2026. We headed there to sample his new frozen brioches, plant-dairy cones, and scoops of intensely indulgent flavours.
