Metro line 8: République station closed for 9 months in 2026 and 2027

The coming months are set to be difficult for public transport users in Paris and the Île-de-France region. At a press conference, Île-de-France Mobilités unveiled the schedule of upcoming works and service interruptions. On metro line 8, the République station will be closed for nine consecutive months, from July 22, 2026, to April 2027.
