The auction house on Avenue Matignon in Paris unveils a sublime collection of fashion pieces designed by the greatest couturiers of the 20th century, to be admired in parallel with their online sale.

Yves Saint Laurent, Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Lacroix, Christian Dior, Hubert de Givenchy, Jean-Louis Scherrer and Valentino are just a stone's throw from the Champ-Élysées to admire the creations of the 20th century's most emblematic couturiers. Cocktail dresses, daytime gowns, evening ensembles, embroidered pieces (often by Maison Lesage), skirt suits or pants, the pieces are all predominantly from the 70s to 90s, and are a marvelous illustration of the unique savoir-faire and majestic creativity of Haute Couture.

To further enhance the sublime collection, Christie's teamed up with Aline Asmar d'Amman, architect and founder of the Culture in Architecture agency, to create a bespoke scenography showcasing these veritable objets d'art.
