For the Fête de la Science 2023, the greater Cergy-Pontoise area in the Val d'Oise is offering a wide range of incredible events for curious people of all ages. From October 6 to 16, 2023, young and old alike are invited to come and discover advances in scientific research, meet professionals and take part in numerous workshops, to discover scientific institutions, schools and corner museums.
Cergy-Pontoise is a French city built in the 1970s around the communes of Cergy and Pontoise, in the north-west of the Île-de-France region. This new city is a particularly dynamic agglomeration where residents benefit from several universities, media libraries and beautiful natural spaces, all of which will be showcased at this exceptional cultural event. With walks, workshops, lectures and other activities, it's time to learn all about science!
Please note that, although these events are often free of charge for visitors, advance booking is often required. So take a look at the program for this national event, and start planning your next outing with family and friends.
