February-March 2023 vacations at the Aquarium de la Porte Dorée

During the February vacations 2023, go to the Aquarium of the Palais de la Porte Dorée to discover new fish, admire the rays swimming or participate in a guided tour or a creative workshop!

From February 18 to March 5, 2023, dive in the middle of small and big fishes at theAquarium de la Porte Dorée, just a step away from the Bois de Vincennes.

Here, no sharks but alligators, piranhas, turtles of several decades old and tons of fish of all sizes and colors! TheAquarium de la Porte Dorée is the most accessible from the center of the capital and it would be a pity to deprive oneself of visiting it, especially since the rate is free for children under 25 years old!

With your family, it's a good opportunity to try out the guided tours, like the one on Sunday, February 19, accompanied by a scientific mediator who will tell you a lot of anecdotes and inform you about the living environments and habits of certain fish. After a visit to discover the aquarium's basins, you can go to a workshop to create your own sea mask, a fish to take home or even a prehistoric fish... with egg boxes! For the guided tours, count 12 € per person at full price and 9 € at reduced price. For the workshops, they are 10 € for the full price and 6 € for the reduced price.

Stripes in the ocean

Clown fish, surgeon fish or other species are to be discovered in the Aquarium's collections, before imagining, weaving and combining a small striped creation using cardboard, wool and felt.

Mask of the seas

This creative workshop invites children to dive into the waters of the Tropical Aquarium.

After a time of observation in the Aquarium, children will use paint and recycled materials in the workshop room to reproduce a lungfish.
