February vacations 2024: storytelling and workshops for children in the Île de la Cité crypt

During the February 2024 vacations, the Crypte archéologique de l'île de la Cité, located in the 4th arrondissement (and on the Île de la Cité, as its name suggests), is organizing a number of activities for adults but especially for children, so that they and their families can discover this unique site on the history of Paris.

Since January 31, 2024, the Crypt has been presenting Dans la Seine, its brand new exhibition featuring objects found in the most Parisian of rivers since prehistoric times... Dive into the heart of this unusual exhibition with your family, and take part in the activities on offer during the February vacations. What's on the program? Guided tours of the crypt and exhibition, family writing workshops and, for the little ones, storytelling to delve deep into the history of the site.

Family writing workshop (ages 8 and up):

• When? Saturday, February 24 at 2:30 p.m.

Mission Archéo: Family visit to the crypt (ages 8 and up)

• When? Saturday February 10, Wednesday February 14, Thursday February 15 and Saturday February 17 at 4 p.m.

Storytelling (ages 5 and up)

• When? Tuesday, February 13 and Thursday, February 22, at 3pm and 4pm
